Dean Charles Anthony II

President & Founder

Dean Charles Anthony II is the Founder and President of Ant Strategies, Media and Logistics, or Ant Strategies for short. Dean specializes in campaign strategy and community grass root organizing. Over the last ten years, he has dedicated his work to building power in Black communities and promoting high electoral turnout.

Dean has worked with and for numerous campaigns and non-profits across the country. Of recent note, he was the Field Director for the 2022 Stacey Abrams for Governor campaign, and while at Black Voters Matter, Dean worked as Deputy National Field Director and Logistics Director. He is also a nationally published photographer. 

Dean Charles Anthony II received his Bachelor's Degree from Murray State University with a Major in Political Science and a Minor in Theatre.

Dean lives by a simple rule, "Do right by God, do right by your wife, and never hurt the people."

Jasmyne Jones

Director of Data and Strategy

Jasmyne Jones (born October 19, 1994) is an American campaign strategist that focuses on Field Data, Voter Protection Efforts, Policy, and elevating the voices and experiences of black and brown youths.

Jasmyne is from Louisville, KY and has completed her education at the University of Louisville. She has a Bachelor of Science in Political Science, and is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor from the University of Louisville, Brandeis School of Law.

Recently Jasmyne has been involved with both partisan and nonpartisan races. Jasmyne was the Voter Protection Coordinator in Kentucky during the 2022 General election, Operations Director for Craig Greenberg for Mayor during the 2022 Primary, and Voter Access Network manager for Stacey Abrams for Governor. Jasmyne is on the Board of Directors for Joshua Community Connectors, which prides themselves on helping recently released offenders secure housing.

Jasmyne is currently the Director of Data and Strategy. In this role, Jasmyne inspires to lead progressive teams to victory using nominal data strategies and policies that are meant to protect and perfect the American dream for disenfranchised minority groups.

Stephon Moore

Director of Program Management

Stephon Moore is an accomplished political strategist, nonprofit leader, and media organizer with over a decade of experience advancing racial justice and building power in marginalized communities. As National Programming Director for Ant Strategies Media and Logistics, Stephon leads the development and execution of nationwide voter engagement campaigns, candidate training programs, and grassroots organizing strategies that prioritize Black and Brown communities across the country.

Stephon’s career spans electoral politics, nonprofit advancement, and community-based outreach. He has managed campaigns for historic first-time candidates, and has directed voter mobilization efforts in key battleground states such as Kentucky, Georgia, North Carolina, Ohio, and Wisconsin. Through his work with Black Voters Matter and Moore Strategic Solutions, he has designed and led programs that knocked on tens of thousands of doors, elevated overlooked communities, and brought new energy to down-ballot races.

Stephon holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Louisville and aspires to one day serve in the White House, continuing his lifelong mission to create a more just and inclusive democracy.

Russell Frakes

Director of Training & Development

As Director of Training & Development Russell brings his ability to create. tailor, and design plans and tools to each project. As well as his desire to develop long term power in the communities these projects are being conducted. At the center of every project Russell is a part of is a commitment to equity, inclusion, empowerment, and action. He has experience in program design, development, and implementation. Russell also has extensive experience in identifying areas of programmatic deficiency. As well as the creation, distribution and presentation of training of various types and scopes to address the needs of any project.

Prior to Joining Anthony Strategies Russell worked on various campaigns across the country over the last seven years. During that time Russell has held nearly every role on the organizing ladder from Organizer, Regional Field Director, Field Director, Training Director, to Senior Field Advisor. Russell has experience working on races of all sizes ranging from aldermanic to presidential campaigns. Russell also has experience working in a variety of different states including the battleground states of Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona, and Georgia. Some of the campaigns that Russell has been a part of include Stacey Abrams For Governor, Bloomberg For President, 2018 Michigan Coordinated Campaign, JB Pritizker For Governor, as well Non-Partisan ballot initiatives in Arizona. Russell Graduated from Roosevelt university in 2017 with a Bachelors of Arts with honors, majoring in Political Science and International studies with a minor in History. Russell Currently is pursuing his Masters from American University in Global Security and United States Foreign Policy.
